Job Description: Sourcemap is looking for a mid-level Director of Partnerships to build out relationships with our far-reaching network of mission-aligned partner organizations including: consultants, NGOs, standard-setters, academics, and government agencies. Supply chain transparency is highly sought after and this role would be instrumental to formalize how Sourcemap engages with partners including: scouting, qualifying, presenting Sourcemap, and developing a formal partnership structure. This position reports to the VP of Business Development and works very closely with marketing and government affairs, sales and product on creating alignment and sharing best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working within or with the partner organizations listed above, a passion for supply chain transparency, and a systemic approach to developing new processes inside a fast-growing (3x annually) organization. proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a directory of Sourcemap partners and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partners
  • Develop and manage a partner selection program
  • Develop a process for aligning partners with Sourcemap driven by feedback from Sourcemap sales, marketing and government affairs and product teams
  • Develop business cases for individual partnerships and overarching partnership strategies

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a business role (e.g. consulting or strategy)
  • Experience in a similar role OR at a partner organization (consultant, NGO, standard-setter, government or academic institution) that partnered with tech companies
  • Masters preferred

  • A self-starter with experience successfully delivering complex, business critical, cross-functional programs at fast-growing B2B tech companies
